We organise series of thematic workshops provide psychological support to displaced people and immigrants. They are based on psycho education principles and a variety of somatic and creative methods. During their six sessions we jointly explore the ways of coping with stress, adapting to new environments and exploring ourselves and the city. We do it through talking, drawing, dancing, playing games, going on walks and gradually building a community with deep connections.
Our workshops and other activities are always free.
Finding your way in a new country can be a profound challenge. We want to support you as you navigate this terrain. Our thematic gatherings offer a safe and caring space to reconnect with yourself, remember your inner strength and value, explore ways to cope with stress, nurture motivation, and form meaningful, inspiring connections with others.
